COD Black Ops 4 Ranked Play: COD How does League Play work in CoD BO4?

When a player enters into the World League Hub then he will have to battle it out in the Pro series playlist and the Pro Series playlist uses the COD World League ruleset. This playlist will feature the league play events and that will approx. run for around 3-4 days. The event duration will be the amount of time you will work on your League Play rank.

When you have played all the 5 skill evaluation matches then you will be placed into a Division with up to 50 players which will have similar skills like you and players in every Division will have to compete for the Ladder Points. The Ladder Point will add up or decrease and it will depend on your win or lose.

You will have to earn as many points as you can so that you can get a high rank in your Division.

You will have to earn some amount of Ladder Point for all wins and that amount will be set and you can get some additional points for extra wins for every win in a streak up to a four-game win streak. Also, the Daily Bonus point will be available every day, as well as an initial placement bonus when you are into a Division.

According to your rank in League Play events, you will have something which is known as World League Rank and it will be a permanent progressive rank which will be a combo of both lifetime and performance. You can improve your rank by earning gems, these gems are rank rewards that can be earned by finishing a league play event, you will receive 2 gems if you finish in the top 25 in your Division and 3 gems for finishing in the Top 10, 4 gems for first place.

It takes three Gems to move up between ranks one and 10, while you’ll need four Gems per rank between 11 and 20.
