They exclusively spawn in each type of Bastion Remnants. Their natural equipment is a Golden Axe.

If we talk about the drop chance of Minecraft Piglin Brute, they can drop their held item with a chance of an 8.

5% drop rate. If a player or a tame wolf kills the Piglin Brute, their 5 experience point will drop each time.

Difference between normal Piglins and Piglins Brute

These piglin brutes convert into zombies on some conditions. In the Overworld or in the end, they transform themselves into zombies after a time period of 15 seconds. These zombified piglin brutes get the Nausea effect for a total of 10 seconds. Players should note that this nausea effect is purely cosmetic. It does not have any effect on their behavior.
