The first event that is going to be held by Niantic is the March Community Day. Shiny Fletching will appear during the spotlight hour event and you will have a good spawn rate for Shiny Fletching. Also, if you are able to evolve Flevhinder during the event then it will get evolved into Talonflame that learns to incinerate.
Event 2: New Debuts in Pokemon Go

You will be able to check out the new Season of Legends special task which is a Research Mission in March 2021. You will have to follow Professor Willow.
