You will have to get a Tincture of Queensfoil, which you can easily find from different events and challenges or you can even find the Tincture of Queensfoil by completing Petra Venj’s bounties in the Dreaming City.

Now you will have to go to the Gardens of Esila, where 2 weeks 2 challenge will begin. Now you will have to consume the Tincture to get the Ascendant buff, and after that, a portal should appear. You must know that every week this location gets changed after the normal Tuesday reset.

But you will have an option to first opt to finish the challenge and then look for Toland, and this will make it a little bit easier for you that you can look for him without enemies around you.

Now you have to look for a little light spark, where you will find Toland. Here the light is Toland so you have to hear him and think what he is saying. After the conversation has ended, you have successfully completed the bounty.
