Right now you can take part in and complete the Sneasel Limited Research Task. The task will be available till Jan 30 at 10 PM local time and at the time when the event is going on you will have a great opportunity to catch Sneasel and you can even catch multiple Sneasels during this event.

Sneasel is a dual Dark and Ice-Type Pokemon that is available in the game for quite some time now. Sneasel belongs to the Johto region and it has the power to get evolved into Weavile. It can be done during the Sinnoh update to the game.

Sneasel can be easily evolved into Weavile, you will be required to have at least 100 units of the Sneasel Candy and also you will need a Sinnoh Stone to evolve Sneasel into Weavile. And the Sneasel candy can be easily found in the Sneasel Limited Research Task, as well as the Sinnoh Stone will also be there, and these things will be given to you as rewards or prizes after completion of the tasks.

Weavile is a great Pokemon, however, every Pokemon has some weaknesses and Sneasel being a dual Dark and Ice-type Pokemon is weak against Fairy, Bug, Steel, Fighting, Fire, and Rock-type.
